Join us for the first in a series of workshops to explore the CranioSacral system and Chinese Medicine energetics.

This is an experiential class emphasizing applying & receiving CST and Chinese Medicine energetics, where we will also:

  • Explore profound connections between CST and the 5 Elements

  • Experience the movement of Qi, Yin and Yang in the body and how to work with it using CST techniques

  • Learn and apply CST techniques and Chinese Medicine diagnostics to evaluate and address illness, pain, dysfunction, and imbalance throughout the body

  • Learn Qi Gong exercises to support the functioning of the CranioSacral system

  • Review CranioSacral (CS) system physiology

  • Enhance clinical palpation skills at the physical & energetic levels

  • Develop valuable skills to take your practice to the next level

  • Take home complete bodywork and qi gong protocols for use in your clinic and with family and friends
